My poem in SPIDER
This week I received a very welcome email: the folks at SPIDER have accepted a poem of mine for the "inventions" theme issue. My poem is about a wonderful invention that will change the world . . . as soon as the inventor figures out what it does. The "bug" magazines include Babybug, Ladybug, Spider, Cricket, and Cicada. I've been in Ladybug, and I've been in Cricket, but this is my first poem to be taken by SPIDER. I hope it won't be my last!

Roger Stevens anthology
Yesterday I learned that my poem, "Double Delight!", will be appearing in a new anthology from Bloomsbury entitled Rhymes, Riddles and Paradiddles: Puzzling poems and how to write them. Roger Stevens is a wonderful poet and it's a great honor to be selected to appear in his new volume. Highlights for Children!
My poem, "Under the Rainbow," is featured in the May 2018 issue of Highlights for Children. But that's not all. Yesterday I received a contract from Highlights for Children to publish my poem,"How High Is The Sky?" (This is the ninth poem of mine that Highlights has purchased, but who's counting?)
